Kelli McCombe

Dip.Nurs., BN, PGDipMH, RN

Registered Nurse

Kelli McCombe is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Registered Nursing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health. She co-founded Belmont Physiotherapy Centre (BPC) in 2010 with her husband Travis, beginning her time at the clinic in an administrative role before returning to study as a mature-aged student in order to better serve her community. 

Over the years, Kelli has practised in a variety of healthcare settings across Victoria and also works in an acute mental health and wellbeing centre in Geelong.

Outside the clinic, Kelli values time spent with her three adult children and walks her dogs, Albert the Boordoodle and Molly the Toy Jackapoo.

Enrolled Nurse

Jill is a dedicated continence nurse with over 20 years’ experience in the field. Qualified as an Enrolled Nurse, she has specialised expertise in continence care—helping clients with compassion, professionalism, and deep clinical knowledge.

Outside of her work, Jill’s greatest passion is her family. She treasures every moment she can spend with them, creating memories and enjoying life together.
