Remedial Massage Therapist

Lance is a dedicated remedial massage therapist committed to helping clients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve mobility. He combines hands-on treatment with a deep understanding of movement and rehabilitation, currently expanding his expertise through an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology.

As a sports trainer with the Geelong Falcons, Lance works closely with young athletes to optimise performance and prevent injuries. With experience volunteering at Geelong Grammar, and a passion for sports rehabilitation, Lance has worked with athletes across various disciplines. His background as a competitive swimmer, footballer, and rugby league trainee, along with his time in the Australian Army, has given him first hand insight into injury prevention and recovery. 

Outside of work, Lance enjoys staying active in the gym, catching up with mates for a round of golf, and occasionally indulging in a bit of wine tasting—because recovery isn’t just about muscles, it’s about balance.
